We recently hired Lombera Construction for some remodeling work in our bathrooms, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. Oswaldo was our main guy for the project, and he was absolutely phenomenal.
After we had some mold testing done by a separate contractor, we essentially needed someone to remake our entire ceiling. The project involved installing new ventilation fans with built-in lights in both the master and hallway bathrooms. The electrical and control setup was highly specific—we needed humidity sensors, combination double-switches, and standard switches all configured perfectly into our existing 2-gang wall boxes. Oswaldo handled the complex wiring effortlessly and was meticulous with the installation of the various outlets and switches across both rooms. On top of the ceiling reconstruction and the electrical work, the job also involved completely repainting the interior walls of one of the bathrooms, which turned out beautifully.
Oswaldo was punctual, highly skilled, and treated our home with great care. He even managed to finish the job a full day ahead of schedule, turning a planned five-day project into a four-day project! The new ceilings look flawless, the paint job is pristine, and the new ventilation and switches work exactly as we envisioned.
