Lombera Construction Inc. is a family-run general contracting company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Bay Area. We specialize in kitchen, bathroom and whole-home remodeling, with an emphasis on quality workmanship, clear communication and careful project planning.
Founded in 2020, the company brings together my background in business management and the construction experience of my father, brother and field team. I oversee project management and client communication, while our experienced leads and crews manage the work in the field.
Our Oakland roots and the values I grew up with—working hard, treating people fairly and doing the right thing even when no one is watching—continue to guide how we operate. From the initial consultation through project completion, our goal is to provide honest service and a remodeling experience clients can feel good about.

Erandy Lombera leads every project himself. He's the person you meet at the first consultation and the person who walks the finished space with you.
Start with a conversation about your space, your goals and your timeline.

Meet and discuss your project
We meet with you to review the space, understand your goals and discuss your budget, timing and scope of work.

Prepare your quote
We provide a written quote outlining the proposed work, pricing and exclusions so you can review what’s included before moving forward.

Design & selections
Layouts, materials and fixtures are chosen before construction begins.

Planning and selections
Once the blueprints are ready—or after quote approval if plans aren’t needed—we work with you on material and finish selections, coordinate deliveries and prepare the construction schedule. This planning can happen while permits are under review.

Construction
Once the required permits are issued and the project is ready, our team begins construction. We oversee the work, keep you informed and discuss any changes to the agreed scope before proceeding.

Final walkthrough
We walk through the finished project with you, address remaining items and complete the final cleanup.
